We have been full timing for 8 years and can’t imagine another lifestyle. I also teach painting to RVer’s (“Attitude Adjustment – It’s Fun Art, Not Fine Art”) I have another blog for my rv art classes http://www.attitudeadjustmentclass.blogspot.com.
Wow, 8 years! Congrats! Are you doing a RV art class near Austin anytime soon? Would love to do this!
We are living riveted in our Airstream Flying Cloud 25 after taking an early retirement from teaching Art in the public schools, running a Bed and Breakfast in NH and now we are chasing the weather. Our rolling toaster is currently on a Florida beach having recently made our way the length of the Blue Ridge Highway. We are long time kayakers and new to E-biking. Riding our E-joe bikes on the BLue Ridge was HEAVENLY.
Maryanne you are a rockstar! Love your stories and the photos on your blog!
Would love for you to include ours!
We are two Coast Guard Veterans who left the sea behind to travel America in our land yacht with our two Maine Coon Cat Crewmember Critter Gitters. We enjoy visiting ‘lesser known’ landmarks and sights and meeting up with shipmates from our pasts.

Many thanks to you for sharing these kind of wonderful threads. In addition, the perfect travel and also medical insurance plan can often ease those problems that come with vacationing abroad. A new medical emergency can before long become too expensive and that’s sure to quickly impose a financial weight on the family finances. Having in place the ideal travel insurance program prior to setting off is well worth the time and effort. Cheers
We love to blog and one of our favorite things about blogging is reading about our past adventures and each old post brings back so many amazing memories.
We have been travelling and camping together since 1974. We are from Ottawa, Ontario, now retired and have taken our travelling to a whole new level. On June 30, 2012, the day after Danielle retired from being a public school teacher for 31 years, we took off on an epic trip which took us from Ottawa all the way to Alaska, then south through Yellowstone National Park and back home. The trip took 10 weeks altogether and we did it in our 24-foot Sunseeker at the time with our Toyota Corolla in tow.
In the winter of 2013, we went to Florida, to Mardi Gras in New Orleans and also to Texas. The following winter, in 2014, we returned to the US but this time to Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California and Utah. On that trip we visited 14 US National Parks.
During Winter 2015 we returned to Arizona and California with our goal to visit the large cities of California and the California coastal road.
This winter, we went to Florida for 3 months and went by the US east coast and visit its small cities and historic towns.
Our blogs are at http://www.saumure.ca/blog

Great list, I am friends with some on the list. Been at it for over a year and a half now. It’s been fun making many mistakes and learning things like ‘Do I have front wheel drive or rear wheel drive for my snow chains?’ I chose wrong. 😂 But did I die? NOPE! All is well!
Thanks for this great list! Many of these are on our blog sidebar already, but it appears we are going to be adding a few! 😄
